Garmin GPSMAP 521S Marine GPS Receiver deal
This new chart plotter features a large, ultra-bright 5" QVGA display along with an improved high-speed digital design for faster map drawing and panning speeds. Plus, this waterproof unit has a high-sensitivity internal GPS receiver, so mariners will always know their position at sea. It's ready to go with a built-in, satellite-enhanced worldwide basemap and Garmin's proven easy-to-use interface designed to help mariners navigate the open waters with ease. The 521s includes a built-in sounder that can scan as deep as 1,500' (with dual frequency transducer) to clearly paint depth contours, fish targets, structure, etc. It is also compatible with various NMEA 2000 components, including Garmin's full lineup of NMEA 2000 marine sensors and autopilots. When you add optional BlueChart g2 Vision cartography, the features only get better. BlueChart g2 Vision allows users to see marine chart detail such as detailed coastlines, depth contours, tidal stations and more. In addition, mariners can enjoy the realistic 3-D views of their surroundings with Mariner's Eye View and Fish Eye View. The Auto Guidance feature in BlueChart g2 Vision shows you the best course to your destination and is even compatible with a Garmin GHP series autopilot.
